STAN WELCH

Residential & Historic Restoration Construction Manager

Stan was one of the pioneers of the green building movement 20 years ago. He has given lectures and taught seminars on green building and indoor air quality to the public and building officials. Stan also specializes in historical restoration.

DEREK CHIPMAN

Residential Construction Manager

Derek started as a form carpenter in 1983 building custom homes in the mountain canyons of West Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada were he ran a crew for 5 years. He then moved to Sarasota, Florida and opened a renovation business specializing in trim and door installations and custom woodworking.

BECKY JOHNSON, LEED AP

Design & Communication Manager

Becky is responsible for pre-construction design services including 'Green' certification programming, client selections, specifications and technical design through each project. She is also the conduit for all communication with client, design and construction teams.

Accounting / Office Manager

Gina Kiger manages the office and accounting departments and brings a wealth of expertise to the business as an experienced Staff Accountant and Office Manager. She is committed to providing our customers with unparalleled customer service and an enjoyable building experience.
