The Sanderling Santa Fe

One of our recently completed design-build projects is this elegant whole-house rebuild/remodel of a waterfront residence on Siesta Key. The project included an extensive whole-house remodel, a 1,700 square-foot addition to the main residence, and the construction of a 1,200 square-foot guest house/garage. This project was featured in a recent "Before & After" article in Sarasota Magazine and will be featured in this year's Junior League Holiday Tour of Homes.
