MyGreenBuildings was selected to design and construct the third-floor offices of endodontist Dr. Michael Pawlus in the Silverstein Institute medical building. Our firm hired Mark Sultana of DSDG, Inc. to design the office space, which was formerly a medical laboratory. White-glove care was taken during the demolition and construction, as this work was done primarily during business hours. Additionally, site constraints mandated that construction debris be removed from and supplies and materials be brought to the remodel via the building's main elevator. This project was completed in three months, without interruption to any of the medical practices in the building.
