Longboat Key Beach House

One of our most exciting projects of 2011/2012 is a large multifaceted Luxury beachfront  home on Longboat Key.  MyGreenBuildings was selected for collaborative construction management for a project that includes a total gut and rebuild of a home and guesthouse, and the construction of multiple additional buildings on the property to create what we think will be one of the most unique family compound in the Sarasota market. Our team was selected for this project not only for the construction, but to coordinate the design for local building code, engineering, and permitting both local, state coastal and federal, including obtaining the necessary variances needed to complete this master-planned estate.
