Prior to co-founding MyGreenBuildings, Steve Ellis built a multi million dollar business helping companies reduce, reuse and recycle their waste streams - saving his clients millions of dollars annually. An important bi-product of the business was his company's environmental contribution. MyGreenBuildings combines his passion for Sarasota, real-estate, waste reduction and the environment, with his desire to offer clients what they want within the existing framework of Sarasota's fine cultured small-town infrastructure.
GRANT CASTILOW, LEED AP
Providing the construction know-how for MyGreenBuildings is Grant Castilow, an experienced Certified General Contractor and Designer/Builder/Remodeler of Homes, Additions & Commercial Build-outs. Castilow is committed to providing unique, quality, sustainable homes using socially responsible construction practices that offer buyers the opportunity to have what they want without sacrificing the environment to get it. Castilow is a Registered Certifying Agent for the Florida Green Building Coalition.
LEAD RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION MANAGER - JIM PADOVANO
A recognized leader in construction management -- Jim Padovano has over 30 years of field experience -- building some of the most complex coastal homes throughout Casey Key, The Oaks, Long Boat Key, Siesta Key and Mainland Sarasota for the most discriminating clients. Jim's talent for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and for bringing the most complex of projects to completion on-time and on-budget is why Jim is on the MyGreenBuildings Team.

COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION MANAGER - MARK BOENKER, LEED AP
Mark brings over 25 years of commercial contracting, project management and business development skills to MyGreenBuildings. Prior to joining our firm Mark ran a multi-million dollar contracting business in the Midwest, servicing national commercial clients and multi-unit property developers and owners in multiple different States. Marks management philosophy and attention to detail, coupled with his proven ability to manage multiple national accounts with aggressive schedules and strict budgets will help build MyGreenBuildings - Commercial Division into a reliable and competitive leader in the business of sustainable light commercial construction.
