Siesta Key Zen

MyGreenBuildings was hired to de-construct an existing residence in an environmentally sensitive way, and create a new home that treads lightly on this waterfront lot tucked into a nature sanctuary on Siesta Key.  Our goal was to use as much of the existing structure as possible.  MyGreenBuildings, working with Osborn-Sharp Architects managed to design the new home using the existing footprint - and have created what is expected to be one of the highest performing certified Green homes in the state.  The home design is influenced by Frank Lloyd Wright -- with large 5 foot minimum overhangs providing natural shading to the home and with a sophisticated and architecturally detailed interior and exterior finish that we are proud of
